Our Bed & Breakfast is Pet free, Non smoking this also includes E-cigarettes & Vape. We offer shared facilities to a high modern standard. Our breakfast provided is a self service buffet we do ask  if you do have any dietary requirements due to allergies or intolerances to please let us know.   

Check in time is from 15:30 pm to 21:30pm Check out time is 10:00 am. Any guest planning on arriving after 21:30pm we do need advance notice, as only being a husband & wife team we do not operate a 24hr check in. On arrival any late guest should be mindful of any guests that have retired for the evening and to please keep any noise to a minimum.

When placing a booking we do require that all guests are accounted for this includes infants & young children this is due to fire regulations. Please note that the only room that can sleep more than two guests is our family room. A travel cot can be provided for infants & young children.

In our rooms we provide clean bed linen & towels, Tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer & free wi-fi. Any damages or loss to the rooms will be charged for, this also includes smoking in the rooms.
